We were so very fortunate and grateful to have been able to visit Les Anglais, Haiti in February. Our team visited with residents, toured the town, saw the site of a start-up satellite church, did some plumbing and electrical projects, and led the school children in art activities and a science project building a solar powered flashlight.
We share the disappointment of RMI and the many teams who had to cancel their visits in 2020. RMI has shifted to other outreach work including more food distribution, their own goat program, and other farm programs. The OSLC Foundation provided $2,750 to buy a large amount of food to be distributed by RMI to our sister church in Les Anglais and purchased 200 Haitian-made masks for our sister congregation.
